Our most powerful leadership team building offering. This full-length experience takes your leadership team on a journey — from individual contribution through to collective performance — that mirrors the arc of genuine leadership development.
The session opens with team drumming, building individual confidence and group energy. Your team then transitions to Groove Tubes, where interdependence becomes visceral and immediate — no single person can create the music alone. The session closes with a return to drumming, this time at a level of performance and connection that would have seemed impossible 90 minutes earlier.

Groove Tube Sessions — Precision & Interdependence
For leadership teams specifically focused on interdependence, delegation and individual accountability, Groove Tubes delivers an experience of extraordinary clarity. How long does a leadership team building session run?
Our Combined Session runs 45-90 minutes and is our recommendation for leadership teams. Team Drumming runs 30-60 minutes. Both can be extended for deeper leadership development content.
Can this be incorporated into a multi-day leadership off-site?
Absolutely — this is one of our most popular formats. We work alongside your existing facilitators and program to integrate the drumming experience at the most impactful point in your off-site agenda.
