How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 2-4 weeks minimum for most conferences. For large events of 500+ please allow 6-8 weeks. Check availability for your date →
Can you work with our existing AV and production team?
Absolutely — we're experienced at working alongside AV companies, production crews, MCs and event managers. We can provide a full technical rider and work seamlessly with your existing suppliers.
Do you travel outside Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes — we're available nationwide. We've delivered conference entertainment in every Australian capital city and many regional centres.
Can we combine multiple entertainment options?
Yes — and we'd encourage it. Many of our best conference entertainment programs combine interactive team experiences with performance elements across different points in the conference schedule. We'll advise on the best combination for your specific program.
What do we need to provide?
A suitable space and your delegates. We handle everything else — equipment, logistics, bump-in and bump-out.
How long does bump-in take?
Click Clap Interact requires zero bump-in. Team Drumming and Groove Tubes require 30-45 minutes. African performance and full production shows require 60-90 minutes. We'll confirm exact requirements once we know your group size and venue.
Are you fully insured?
Yes — full public liability insurance is carried for all events.
