“The catharsis it provided was invaluable, evident in the smiles and up beat energy of the members on leaving. In the post conference evaluation forms, you topped the bill, bar none, as the highlight. The staging, the execution and energy was excellent and just what the Drum Doctor ordered!”
At Drum Circle Events, giving back is part of who we are. We have a long-standing commitment to supporting charitable organisations across Australia — providing interactive drumming experiences that bring joy, connection, and energy to communities that need it most.
The power of drumming in a charitable context goes far beyond entertainment. For young people facing adversity, for families dealing with illness, for communities rebuilding after hardship — the experience of making music together in a circle is genuinely therapeutic. It creates a safe space for expression, builds connection between participants, and sends everyone home with their spirits lifted.
We have proudly worked with some of Australia's most respected charitable organisations including Canteen, Redkite, Camp Quality, and Stepping Stone House, among many others. Our facilitators bring not just musical expertise but genuine empathy and understanding to every session — meeting participants exactly where they are.
We support charities through:
Fundraising event entertainment, Silent and live auction prize donations, Community program facilitation, Awareness day activations, Conference and gala dinner entertainment, and Therapeutic group drumming sessions.
If you represent a charitable organisation and would like to discuss how we can support your next event or program, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch today.
Some of the charity organizations we have proudly provided interactive entertainment and performances for include:
“I contacted Drum Circle Events as I was looking for something creative to use with a group of adolescents whom have experienced a range of traumatic issues in their lives. Drumming was the ideal forum that allowed me to expose a range of opportunities for young people in a safe and therapeutic manner - while having FUN. A huge thanks of course goes to Adam and Lance who came to our service with great empathy and understanding - but energetic and passionate. You brought the roof down and the adolescents ‘up’ with your sense of music and enthusiasm.”
“Dear Lance and Adam, I just wanted to write to personally thank you for your amazing prize donation from Drum Circle Events to our recent Redkite Corporate Quiz. On the night the actual Drum Circle prize was bought in the Silent Auction by one of Australia’s leading national corporate organisations - Coles. The funds raised will help Redkite ease the pressure experienced by families with a child or young person with cancer, throughout the difficult treatment period and beyond, by providing emotional support, financial assistance and educational services. So on behalf of the Redkite team and the children and families we support, thank you again for your amazing commitment to our work.”
