With a team of professional musicians and a drum for each participant, Drum Circle Events facilitates a truly memorable, interactive musical experience. Before delegates arrive we set out on each individual chair, a traditional hand carved African Djembe drum.

With a range of corporate gifts also on offer, what better memento of your music making journey than keeping the instrument you played in the drum circle? Our 30cm and 40cm Tall Gift Drums are suitable for playing during our sessions and can be branded with a customized screen print on the drum skin.

Groove Tubes:

They may sound funny, but Groove Tubes act as a catalyst for groups coming together and appreciating each other's functions in a greater soundscape. Groove Tubes provide an interactive and hands on approach to understanding each other's function in building a stronger team.

Groove Tube sessions are not only a great team building activity, but also form an important leadership component. Through careful facilitation and self directed group work, leadership qualities are emphasized and developed through this music making exercise.

Groove Tube sessions are offered both as a scaled down component in standard interactive drumming packages and as a fully expanded stand alone session (a brilliant alternative to drumming).

Carnivale:

Afro-Brazilian music is a mixture of Portuguese, Amerindian and African music, encompassing a wide variety of styles. The Carnivale sees the raw power of African drum and dance mesh with the colour and vibrancy of Brazilian Capoeira performance creating an energy charged festival atmosphere!

The Carnivale is offered as both a stand-alone performance as well as an interactive form, where various hand percussion instruments are distributed form baskets weaving through your event space.
