Adam Swoboda - Director
A seasoned kit drummer and live performer, Adam has always found a sense of personal 'calibration' from music. Adam continues to combine his Psychology major with his creative passion that is drumming. Adam is currently endorsed by one of the world's leading cymbal manufacturers Paiste, and has facilitated events nationally and internationally, working with the likes of Hamish & Andy, Julie McCrossin, Steven Jacobs and Adam Spencer.
Maxine Segal
Maxine completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Drama. She continued her studies and completed, with distinction, a Postgraduate in Education. Her teaching career in Drama spans over nine years. Maxine has worked extensively in Voice Training for Corporate Clientele and compiled training manuals in Communication and Counseling. She furthered her studies in Expressive Therapy in Boston, Massachusetts.
Fode Alseny Sylla
Fode Alseny Sylla (AKA Malin) is a master drummer, Cora player and teacher from Guinea. With a career spanning many continents and prestigious events, Malin’s personal highlight was his performance for Prince Charles. Malin’s exuberance and energy is inspirational. He has been facilitating corporate team building events in Australia for six years now.
Sibo Bangoura
Sibo started playing drums at age 9 and today his mastery of the drum gives exuberance and a powerful performance that is truly unforgettable. Living in Australia now, Sibo still travels to Africa and teaches many students internationally. We are privileged to be playing with this superb master drummer.

Grant Naylor, legendary percussionist from Australia has traveled through Australia and Europe performing and delighting audiences around the world with his musical talent. Through his professionalism, musicianship and cutting edge art form expression, Grant’s brilliance and passion is almost tactile.

Julian is our resident percussion guru, owning and commanding superb proficiency of practically every drum under the sun. Versed in both traditional and contemporary percussive world music, Julian is a truly dynamic all round performer.
Dani Guerrero
Dani is the most recent addition to our team of corporate facilitators, engaging teams with his unique energy and vibrancy. A career musician, Dani's skills as a percussionist are endless; we are yet to find a piece of percussion he cannot play... and when we say play, we mean PLAY!
Freddy Poncin
Freddy started playing drums at the age of 12 and has been a professional musician for over 2 decades. As a freelance percussionist, Freddy plays with various groups, teaches drumming, organises school workshops and facilitates drum circles in Western Australia. Freddy plays djembe, congas, drum kit, timbales and various percussion instruments.
