I've just landed in Melbourne after a week of fantastic team building with our Sydney team. Big grooves and smiles all round!
Before leaving for Sydney our Melbourne team ran a team building session for senior management at Bayside Group. The morning kick off was a surprise for the team and they were not shy, entering the room grooving and grinning. A great session full of positive messages for 2012.

The Sydney highlight was a high energy for the Invacare family. Delegates came together from all over Australia and NZ with focus on new operational structure implementation. Judging by the energy, fun and laughter in the room, the team was in fine form. Great mini performances also!

The team building continues, from village to village, conference to conference :)
